Who says kids of today do nothing but go to school and watch television? Take a walk through the Home Arts exhibits, and your faith in Marion County’s youth will be restored!
You will find a delightful array of art work, woodworking, home furnishings, sewing and needlework, and much more. Best of all, every exhibit has been painted, designed, built, or sewn by our youth. The knowledge, skill, and talent of these future citizens are sure to make you proud. Young people are so creative and we are proud to be able to offer them a platform so they can show off the fruits of their labor.
Make a stop at the Home Arts Building a priority and you will be rewarded with a new sense of encouragement about the youth of today.
Is my child eligible? Any student older than 8 years of age and up, is a member of a 4H club or FFA chapter, and either lives in or attends a school in Marion County.
