• You will need to register and sign in person at our Rec Hall at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion. This is where you’ll pick up your bidder number.
• All animals will be sold to the highest bidder.
• Any disputes will be settled by the auctioneer.

You won’t be able to register for this option until closer to Fair, but the link will be on our website home page – www.seyfair.com. It will be very similar to years past. There will be a button to click on to register and a button to click on to bid when the auction is live! We will also have a “Mock Auction” on Wednesday, February 18th at 10 am if you’d like to “practice” bidding with us!

You will purchase the animal as if you are getting it custom processed, but in lieu of keeping the meat, it goes to a LOCAL food bank and you don’t have to pay the processing fees. You are responsible for payment of the animal to the SEYF, but the Feeding Florida program does the rest! * Payments can be made on site at the office located behind the stage. The animal you purchase goes to the resale buyer; you are making a contribution to the exhibitor. You do not receive the meat. You pay the amount of your bid less the resale price. The resale price is established at the beginning of each auction. Example: You bid $2.00/lb, the resale is $0.50/lb you pay $1.50/lb.

Make arrangements with a custom processor and keep the meat. You are responsible for payment of processing, which is in addition to your SEYF bill. * Payments can be made on site at the office located behind the stage. Check, Cash & Credit card accepted.
